Real estate has changed a lot since 1997.  In the "good old days" I would meet with a buyer, and we'd sit down in the office in front of a computer to search the MLS for homes.  Now buyers have access to dozens of listings through various websites and apps.  As Realtors, we are no longer the beginning of your home search.  Buyers come to us with homes they've already toured on their phones - ready to go see them in person!

So how do I add value to your home search?  It's not so much finding the house - anyone can do that.  It's what happens when it's time to buy.  With almost three decades of real estate experience, I've seen a lot of things go right, and unfortunately, wrong with home sales.  Guided by experience, I will:
