Heath entered the real estate industry in 1997 as a recent graduate of the University of South Carolina. In 1998, he returned to USC's Moore School of Business to earn an additional degree in Real Estate, and then obtained a Broker's License.

He has worked in many corners of the real estate world, including representing financial institutions as a listing agent for foreclosed properties, and helping private clients achieve their goals of buying and selling property. He has also helped several investors as they purchase and sell properties throughout the greater midlands market. He has personally purchased and sold dozens of investment properties as an investor.
